"What I liked about this service was that I could pre-pay for a taxi for my elderly father-in-law so that there would be no arguments. I felt bad that a work engagement meant that I couldn't myself gie him a lift, relatively early in the morning too. Given that I was going to pay over the odds for transport that wasn't my own, I suppose the price was fairly reasonable. Online facility great!"
